NextCycle Michigan teams are made up of entrepreneurs, companies, organizations, and communities. Each Team is selected into programming to receive individualized business and technical support, connect to financial resources, foster partnerships, and refine their ideas to investment-ready status. Once Teams have completed programming, NextCycle Michigan remains a touchstone and support for alumni.

This is a collaboration between Goodwill Industries of West Michigan and HydroBlox to utilize recycled plastic to be manufactured into stormwater drainage systems. This project will simultaneously address plastic waste, create job opportunities, and create effective flooding and storm water management for Michigan roads.
KLAW Industries LLC
KLAW Industries, accepted as a ROADS Team, is addressing the MRF glass waste stream by developing and scaling a process to remove contamination from MRF glass and in turn using recycled glass as a partial replacement for cement in concrete.

A ROADS Team initiative comprised of Michigan Tech University teams with Marquette County Solid Waste Management Authority (MCSWMA) and Dickinson County Road Commission collaborating to plan a construction section of recycled glass asphalt pavement in Dickinson County.
